The Boutique is committed to processing orders promptly and in a timely manner, within 2-3 business days after an order is placed.
The holiday season might delay this process as we receive a higher volume of orders. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to combine customer orders after an order has been placed. All U.S. orders over $150 receive free shipping, and any U.S. order under $150 is subject to shipping based on weight/location.
The shipping method is based on the type of shipping you select at checkout. Standard shipping via USPS Priority or UPS may take between 2-5 business days depending on location. We currently do not offer an expedited shipping at this time.
You will be sent a tracking number corresponding with the type of delivery service you selected. If you have questions about how your package with be shipping, please contact us via email help@theboutiquegirls.com or (480) 835-2063.

Orders to Canada take 1-3 business days to process (excluding U.S. holidays), and take anywhere from 7-15 business days to be delivered after being processed.
Orders shipped to Canada pay a $20 shipping fee that is nonrefundable for any order amount. Orders shipped to Canada will be sent via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on where you live.

You may also select the option to pick up your item(s) at our Mesa location. This is a free service and the item(s) can be picked up during our normal store business hours, Tuesday-Friday 10AM-6PM, Saturday 10am-7pm, and Sunday 12PM-4PM. You will receive an order confirmation/update notifying you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please bring a valid photo license with you to verify your order pick-up. If you wish to have someone else pick up your package, please make note of their first name and last name in the "notes" section before placing your order. If any order is not picked up with 30 days of placing your order, your order will be donated to one of our preferred local charities.

Placed an order, and you changed your mind? We get it.. It happens to all of us! If you would like to cancel your order (gotta be quick, cause we're quick..), please call our online support within an hour of placing your order. If you have already received an email with your tracking number, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order.


Your tracking number says that your package has been delivered, but you still haven't receives your order? That's the worst! We're so sorry... but we will do everything in our power to sort it out.

Wait at least (2) two full business days after your tracking number says "delivered." There's a good chance it will show and the carrier's site needed updated. (Our fingers are crossed for you!)

If it has been (3+) or more business days, file a claim with the United States Postal Service. (All you'll need is the tracking number; have it handy!)

Once your claim has been filed, follow the instructions provided by USPS. (They will notify your local postal office and search for your package). 

If your package isn't delivered in an allotted time-frame provided by the USPS, it will be considered officially lost. If this happens, contact us at help@theboutiquegirls.com with your first and last name, order number, and a picture copy of the email from USPS.
