Returns & Exchanges
We want your shopping experience at The Boutique to be the absolute best! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!
Please see our simple steps and procedures for returns below:
- Merchandise may be returned for a Gift Card Code (in-store credit) that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. You may then apply this to your next order!
- Returns should be postmarked 14 days from your order date.
- All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- All returned items must remain UN-WASHED, UN-WORN, and UN-USED, with the original sewn in tags still intact, and tags attached.
- Items smelling of perfume, smoke, laundry detergent, marked with make-up, showing signs of wear or animal hair will not be accepted for returns/exchanges. Bodysuits or bathing suits missing the liners will not be accepted for refunds unless otherwise noted. If any of these things are present throughout our inspection when we receive your package, you are responsible for the shipping cost for the return of your package.
- Shoes must be returned in their original packaging. The shoe box must be shipped within another packed, without labels or packing tape on the box. Unfortunately, shoes purchased selecting the option to opt-out of receiving a shoebox are FINAL SALE.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We encourage you to hang on to your tracking number for your return as this can help our team provide a specific estimate for when you can expect your gift card code to be processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A gift card notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note, discount codes used when purchasing affect the amount paid for each item. Previously used discount codes that are expired may not be used on new purchases.
- Different orders can be sent together; please know each order # as you will receive a separate gift card code for each order.
- Purchased gift-cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

*We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim if your packages are lost, or follow the steps here.
*Please allow 2-5 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
We know, returns can be a hassle. We’ve worked really hard to keep the returns process simple so you can stay FABULOUS. We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know what to expect.
All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package and the item(s) you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable. You may find the return form linked below:
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, our team will inspect your package and put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Even though they’re the fastest we’ve ever seen, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. Please note holidays will effect this processing time. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! We've tried!)
We have a limited number of CHIC styles featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. But don't worry, we feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, and we’ll issue you a store credit as soon as possible! If the right style is available in the correct size, you can use your new e-gift card to buy it!
Styles purchased with the Afterpay payment method are eligible for return for a gift card code as long as they are within our return guidelines. Placing a return will not alter Afterpay payments. Upon processing, the gift card code is immediately issued in the full amount of the return. So, you can immediately shop the new styles you love! CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
Sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us IMMEDIATELY! Please give us a call, (480) 835-2063, or reach out to us on social media. Please note our email response time can vary 1-2 days. Our team is oh so skilled at packing and shipping orders F-A-S-T in order for you to love your items sooner! Once they begin to process your order (usually within 1-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order as it's status will be fulfilled.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Our Holiday return policy is November 25th - January 15th (of this year).
Any orders placed from November 25th to December 30th (of this year of your order date) can be returned up until January 15th of the following year. All orders placed on December 31st and on will follow our normal return/exchange policy.
