Q: How do I reach customer service?

Q: How do sizes run?
A: Of course different styles have different fits, but as a rule of thumb, our sizes run true to size. Our clothing is based on a 'American Size Guide,' so if you generally wear a large in department store clothing, you'll wear the same size in The Boutique clothing. If for any reason you are unsure of the sizing you should decide, please contact us and a #BoutiqueGirl will be happy to help you!
Q: What is the difference between a size XL and a size 1X?
A: They are exactly the same! An XL in standard sizing and a 1X in plus both fit a size 14/16.
Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: Unfortunately, we only offer standard shipping at this time.
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. When your package ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Exceptions during high-volume times, when processing times may take 5-7 business days. We are open Monday-Friday, 10 am - 5 pm to process orders.
Q: What should I do if my package doesn't arrive?
A: Contact us with the order number on your invoice to make sure that shipping information was correct. Once the package leaves our warehouse and you have received a shipping notification, the United State Postal Service is responsible for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost, you may file a claim with the USPS. www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Q: What do I do if my item(s) do not fit or are damaged?
A: Start the process at www.shopboutiquegirls.com/a/returns with your email and invoice number and let us know the issue with your order. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of package. View our policies here: https://shopboutiquegirls.com/pages/shipping-returns.
Q: What if I order something and then learn that it is out of stock?
A: If we are unable to fulfill your order because it is out of stock, we will refund you the amount for the out of stock item(s).
Q: How does Afterpay work? (COMING SOON)
A: You will fill your cart with between $30-$1000 of product. When you go to checkout, you can choose 'Afterpay' as your payment method. You will be redirected to their website to then complete your purchase and your chosen method of payment. You total will be split into four equal installments, with the first installment due at the time of purchase. Then, your next installment(s) will be due every two (2) weeks up to six (6) weeks after you initial purchase. We ship as soon as you order! If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, the refund will be applied to your balance and taken off of your final payment. Afterpay is a third party vendor and may be reach at (855) 289-6014.
